Bridgeway Health and Wellness provide a coaching service for busy professionals in the 21st Century. You're here because you’ve got a problem that you want to solve. Keep reading!

Advice is offered and, face-to-face support given, to help busy people with the problems of modern life, including alcohol misuse, burnout and diabetes.

This service is offered by me, a busy professional male, who is about 50 years old, and who has overcome problems with diabetes, alcohol misuse and burnout. Plus, I’m not on medication now, nor have I ever been, and this programme is totally drug free. Wellness is about bringing your body and mind back into balance to sustain your life now and in the future. Working on yourself isn’t an admission of defeat, it isn’t soft, and it isn’t a waste of time. It’s an investment that prolongs your lifetime productivity.

When you’ve been working with me for a while, you’ll be an independent individual leading a healthy and happy life, and you won't need me anymore. If you do the work and apply yourself, I can promise you that!

I can help people permanently reduce their blood sugar to a healthy level, stop alcohol misuse and manage burnout. Also, following these life-style changes, clients will have significantly reduced chances of developing cardiovascular problems, Alzheimer’s and cancer in later life and be able to boost their number of active years well into their 70s and beyond.

The methods I use

Everything we do is results based. I’ll show you how to measure your progress, so you can track improvement and maintain it.

I’ll show you the exercise routines, dietary plans and stress management techniques that have worked for me, and I’ll guide you through how I changed my thinking to help me make the changes long-lasting.

Everything I tell you is backed up by research, and I’ll provide you with the references to enable you to check for yourself as we go through. Please check the Meditation video, hand out and reference list as an example of this.

The Programme

We start with a no-cost 30min Zoom meeting to see if we’re a good fit. If we decide to go further, I’d ask you to pay $400 for the first part of the programme, where over a month we have two 40min Zoom meetings, start the change process and learn how to measure and track the beneficial effects.

If we decide to continue working together, the next stage—after which you should be independent and have made your permanent changes—is a six, 40min Zoom meeting package over three months priced at $1200 and tailored to either a diabetes reversal, alcohol-use or burnout-management focus. All the Zoom meetings are supported by documentation referencing my sources and providing information, and you will receive that information before each session.

Behavioural change

So far so good! The less you’ve tried already, the more you’ll be thinking, ‘Yer, no problem,’ but anybody who’s tried to make changes to their life for the better knows it’s not easy at all.

Well, that’s what working with someone who’s ‘been there and done that’ is all about. I get it, and I won’t get at you for falling down. I’ll just help you get back up and get back on track. That’s the difference between someone who dies from life-style acquired problems in their 60s and someone who overcomes them to have an active life well into their 70s: bouncing back! Everyone reverts back to old habits sometimes, but how quickly you bounce back is what makes the difference.
